Save just id

Currently a hour archive contains the entire logement object, but to economize data size we probably can just save just the ID of the logement, and create an reference file to link ID to Data.

With this feature #39 we add to do it, but we need to update the all_logements file on each hour when we get data from the crous.

But currently the feature to save all_logements is not made to do that we need to change it.

To implement it we need to:
