Needs toolbar icon option (as well as option to remove context menu entry) so it can be activated without having to scroll to the bottom of the page and so it doesn't add more clutter to the context menu.
The extension uses the element the context menu was shown on to determine how to load the next page; where would that information come from if it was activated from the toolbar?
I just thought it worked like PageZipper or the auto paginators you linked in issue #7. It seems you've designed your addon differently, so it probably won't work the way I want it to, and that's ok, I was just hoping it could since I haven't found any truly good options for doing this. I'm currently using AutoPagerize per your suggestion, and it works ok, but it's slower than PageZipper (which has its own issues), I've already run into one serious bug with it, and it appears development on the Firefox version is dead, and there's little to no activity on the other versions.
Well, PageZipper is on Github too, but in the end the only way to get an extension working the way you want it is to hack on it yourself. Good luck!
