Improve Offline Mode

Make offline mode function as intended, removing any connection to the internet and unnecessary encryption.
Make Offline Mode toggled by a Startup Code.
I think we should also provide a clear definition of what Offline mode is supposed to do.
We established that using glEEmail without an SD card is a valid use-case; what about using glEEmail without a network connection? Unlike w/o SD, no networking makes glEEmail somewhat useless (unless practicing Morse Code?). Then, is Offline mode purely for debugging? Does Offline mode cover LAN-only access? Should a user enter Offline mode automatically if networking fails, or is it only enabled through startup codes?
