[Feature request] Push notifications on apps in local area network when there isn’t access to internet

Using KStars in remote locations, internet connection may be weak or missing.
What about using local server for push notifications?
Since iOS 14 there is an API for it. On Android Pushy uses MQTT.

Since I'm a monkey when it comes to Flutter/Notifications, it's not clear after a quick read how those notifications may be triggered
