Cannot add new sound_bank parameter to SoundLoadBank

Normally you can't add duplicated paramters but for this one it's an exception.

In this case in HAB_SHOPPNGCENTRE If one wants to add an alien to the script they also have to add
a soundbank reference but that option is now missing.

The ability to type manually a known parameter is no longer present and in this case would be beneficial.

The use legacy parameter creation option is the work around for this issue.
If anyone sees this ticket in the meantime.
