Some speech tags have `_menu` appended and do not work

This is a strange one. I'm trying to use these speech lines. They're designated as UI so they're made for terminal log or audiolog files.
This is a deleted conversation between Ransom and Waits. For each I'll need to create a speech entity and tie them to a terminal folder.
Or maybe a log recorder entity. I've not decided yet, but that is on hold b/c Ransom's lines work OK. Waits' lines are broken;

The speech audio files exist for each, but when I search in the sound_event dropdown listbox these tags are absent when
searching using the audio file name as shown in the UI file.

However, they are present in an altered form with _menu appended on the end. These lines do not work.

These do not work and don't have a corresponding unappended tag like some others do.

For the scope of this ticket these are the events not working.
There may be more which I've not checked.
