Review scope of layout styles

I'm not sure how deep into layout styles I want to get, since it can become extremely opinionated and vary so wildly from project to project.
Currently I have some containers, level, grid, and page scaffolding. I may dial some of this back some, and its also a fine line to walk as far as utilities go.
