I though the Ota downgrade would do the baseband firmware, does this mean downgrade aren’t possible anymore on the latest iOS 12 update?

Hopefully this isn’t the end of downgrading the 5s I recently bought one, hopefully this can be fixed this is one of the few tools that I found works on other Idevices such as the iPad 4th gen. Could this work with no baseband option on future restore?
