Describe the issue
Installing the dependencies shows that warning: 'PyEval_InitThreads' is deprecated on Python >= 3.9

- Vieux Version Latest Release
Additional context
Fix to install is change requirements.txt to cffi version 1.15.1, untested if that breaks anything in vieux
