Add sort controls to Catalogue Search

Description

Once #525 has been completed, a sort control can be added to the search results list to control sort options in Mauro search requests.

Additional context

• The Mauro Data Explorer has a sort control component which could be reused.
• The only required sort options for will be: Label (a-z) (default), Label (z-a)
