Create initial Dashboard page for signed in user

Description

When a user has just signed in, present them with a dashboard of initial actions to start their work within Mauro Data Mapper. Examples are:

1. Initiate a catalogue search
2. Go back to recently edited models
3. View their favourites list to go back to their selected models

In order to identify some key information, such as recently edited models, the MauroDataMapper/mdm-core repo may need to be updated with additional endpoints to provide that data.
