Create Reference Data Types

Creating a RDM data type should be similar in workflow to creating a Data Type for a Data Model:

This should launch a wizard to select how to create the RDM data type, such as this DM data type wizard:

Question: is it possible to copy or use an RDM data type? Confirm this.

Then the user should be presented with a form to fill in the necessary details before submitting.
