Feedback from PR #712:
The button that exports all rules works in a different way to the normal export data model functionality - are we ok with this?
Further information from @jamesrwelch:
For the downloads - when you export a data model you get a link which you then click on; when you export all rules, it downloads immediately. I don't think it's a big deal, and I can see why you'd treat the two differently based on the expected time to respond, but it just felt a little odd to me.
Would need further ideas/discussions as to how to improve this.
