Cheats on 1.2.1 are not working for me

Describe the bug

tried to activate Korok and Shrine locations,
CMD shows ERROR! FAILED TO CREATE CHEAT PATCH. 'Swimming Speed 2x'
this Error comes up 5 times.
After the 5th time it changes to Cheat Example instead of Swimming Speed.

After the Errors It says Applied cheats successfully. Task have been COMPLETED. Feel free to Launch the game

Reproduction steps

1.Put check on any Cheat
2.Apply Cheats
3.Start the Game and find out cheats are not working
...

open mods folder and delete the folder named: Cheat Manager Patch

i tired doing this but it keeps coming back
