Issue on installation in EE 2.9.2

Hi,

Was trying to install on EE 2.9.2 but getting a database error for a missing field_id.. It seems to be in the module install as when i only select the fieldtype, it doesn't give me an error, but doesn't seem to install the field type, and when i do the opposite, it gives me the error.

It seems like field_id is not needed in the insert command, i've removed it and it seems to install fine, i've added a pull request.
