#476 wasn't actually fixed, dependabot/dependabot-core#3132 remains abandoned, so we have to revert back to using kodiak to auto-merge dependabot PRs: #477

Wasn't resolved: dependabot didn't add automerge labels, and Kodiak didn't approve PRs
