Unhandled Exception on start

When opening RSMM, it immediately throws an error.
"The handshake failed due to an unexpected packet format"
This started happening late on the previous release v2023.03.13, and persisted after updating to v2023.04.06 (Current).

Can also confirm that this issue is also effecting me.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

This seems to be fixed in newer builds and versions of Roblox Studio.
