Git for windows. Vim. Language toggle mapping.

Hi.
Problem:
Using CTRL+^ won't toggle language layout in INSERT mode(This setting "set keymap=russian-jcukenwin
"). But CTRL+SHIFT+^ toggles fine. Tried without connector, CTRL+^ works as expected.
Would be nice to know, how to workaround this. Got used to CTRL+^.

Using:

• Conemu (v161206)
• Git for windows (version of 2016-12-01)
• cygwin-connector (v0.7.4)
• Vim - (output of :ver)
• My .vimrc

Info:

• System: Windows 10
• Task in ConEmu
  set MSYSTEM=MINGW64 & %ConEmuDir%..\Git\usr\bin\conemu-msys2-64.exe -new_console:C:"%ConEmuDir%..\Git\mingw64\share\git\git-for-windows.ico"
