[Feature Request] Target Placeholder

Add the posibility to get a placeholder for a spécifique player.
For a requirement it would be:

- type: placeholder
  placeholder: <placeholder>
  target: <player / placeholder with player name>
  value: <placeholder value>
  action: <placeholder action>
