Windows HiveOS CUSTOM_USER_CONFIG fails with carriage returns.

On Windows hiveOS if you try to send a multi-line .json

"Type": "NVIDIA1",
"Wallet": "asdf71asdl3hsdfg07893409"
}

instead of

{ "Type": "NVIDIA1", "Wallet": "asdf71asdl3hsdfg07893409" }

SWARM fails to parse. This needs to eventually be fixed, but I made a setting to condense .json files with get parameters json
