Add Days To Power Calcs

Example:
7:00am - 11:00am and 4:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday - Friday for peak electricity charges. Off-peak hours would be anything outside of that (entire weekends are off-peak)
If it's too much to work in, I may have to rely on scheduled flight sheets via Hive because I assume if I create the power.json it will take precedence over the flight sheet's -kwh argument, right?
