Relative path

Hello,

in MPU/VecRiscv.v , line 1285, should be

$readmemb("MPU/VexRiscv.v_toplevel_RegFilePlugin_regFile.bin",RegFilePlugin_regFile);

so that the path is relative to the project (and not bount to specific computer setup)
