@wnabil seems like it is driver related issue. It does not want to work as hotspot on 5GHz. Maybe you will find solution here https://community.intel.com/t5/Wireless/windows-11-mobile-hotspot-5ghz-the-selected-network-band-isn-t/td-p/1327566
