Import old events (pre 2002) from jug.ch

Problem: The events from 1998 to 2001 are not in the database. There are hard-coded static HTML pages only containing all events from one year each. Some events have no speaker information, some events have just a year (not a date), some events have no description, etc.

Possible solution: Add the events manually after successful migration.
