[ISSUE]: NTSC-J and NSTC-U PS2 games are not working [SCPH-77000]

Describe the issue
Installed Mechapwn, plays all regional games except PS2 NTSC-J and NTSC-U games.
Says: "Disc cannot be read."
I don't know what the issue is?
@spnkhardy can you provide a bit more information? Which options do you choose during installation? Are you trying to launch backups or original media? And the main question - are you completely sure that you don't have a modchip installed?
The option I chose to region change is Retail -Dex: USA Multi+.
All disc to test were original sony game disc (no back ups or burned discs) only PS1 games were reading, PS2 games could not be read.
I haven't checked if there was a modchip previously installed, I can open the ps2 and check if there was. bought second hand
I'll comment back with the results.
The behavior looks very close to what some old modchips do when MechaPwn is installed. But of course it can be some mechapwn issue
