Hello,
I try diferent options with the mechapwn rc4, but any option gets me play ntsc j game, is not way also, the disk sometimes spins at fast velocity, the games in pal and the cd is working. Any suggest???

It is not an issue - it is not possible to remove the region lock from your console (and it is mentioned in readme)
You should use swap disks or patch your images into PAL region before burning.
