Networktable Mismatch

I've been running into a data mismatch where putting a variable on networktables with advantage kit always presents 0 where putting it with smartdashboard updates correctly but only every other time step, but running the variable through a linear filter resolves the issue, I'm not sure what causes this behaviour, even more confusingly when using the filter advantage kit returns a lower value than smartdashboard consistently

Funky side effect of playing with loops running at vastly different speeds not really an AK problem
