File analysis is slow

I'm using the new MediaConch 16.04 version on OS X 10.9.5
When checking one or several different files the analyse never gets completed. See screenshot below.
At the end the analyse was completed, but I notice that it takes much more time than with the previous version on the same machine. Maybe it is just normal.
We extended a bit the trace with more FFV1 stuff, but we don't expect "much longer".
We are in the process of improving performance and showing a percentage of advancement.
I'm experiencing this as well with FFV1.MKV files - except it says 'In Queue', using the daily snapshot on El capitan. I haven't tried to replicate on other operating systems. I've dropped in a few 20 gig files and 30 minutes have gone by and they are still in the queue. v210.mov files are loading pretty much instantly. Activity monitor is saying that Mediaconch is using 100% of the cpu.
