Add a documentation link to the Custom Fields section

Hey Ron

It would be nice to add a link in the Custom Fields section.

Perhaps something like:
"Documenation on how to use Custom Fields" (Create a new tab and link Custom Fields to a documentation section which mentions how Custom Fields works.)
