WHAT IS THIS?

It's a web GUI for administration for BIP IRC proxy. With this tool is possible change BIP configuration from web interface.

INSTALL

Copy files to your web folder.
Edit config.dat.php.
chmod 664 users.dat.php
Use login with root and 123456
