[Feature Request] gRPC command for generate boiler code

"Hi maintainers 👋, I would like to add a tool that generates gRPC handlers as boilerplate code. This would allow us to focus more on business logic without having to manually declare function signatures. I'm really excited to work on my first open-source feature request!

There is already a ticket #246 open that proposes the same thing. We need to see the implementation and then decide if it goes into the codebase, but only as an advanced flag.
