[🐛 Bug]: Reset Secret button does not appear

What went wrong?
When trying to install your google assistant for windows10 I get a bug at step 5. under "Configure Credentials".
In configuration screen, the button "reset secret" does not appear. All the steps described in your manual "https://github.com/Melvin-Abraham/Google-Assistant-Unofficial-Desktop-Client/wiki/Setup-Authentication-for-Google-Assistant-Unofficial-Desktop-Client" have worked on my account. I have followed all the steps twice. I also waited for several days for the steps to take effect.
What did you expect to happen?

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Go to Credentials in the Google Console
- Click on Web client
- Scroll-up to the top bar
- See reset secret button
