Report available storage before syncing in diagnostic logs

Let's report available storage to the diagnostic log when sync is starting. Bonus points if we can report also how much data are we about to download.

Would help a lot in support.

Update: I meant to report the available disk storage

Verified on 2024.3.0. I can see these lines in diagnostic logs
