How to correctly update to 2023.3.0

Hey there,
just setup my first fresh docker installation of the mergin-ce-server. 🥳

But unfortunately, even though I cloned the current git-repository, the version-string in the dashboard is saying the version is 2023.2.0. I changed the version string in docker-compose.yml for the back- and frontend. But it seems that this isn't sufficient.

So what else needs to be changed/clicked/done to update to the newest version?

Hi @bastooo, there was a forgotten piece of code that needed adjustments here:

server/server/mergin/version.py

return "2023.3.0"

You correctly updated the container versions. Thanks for letting us know!
We are releasing a new version - 2023.6.1 where this will be fixed
