error opening v12 file with version 14

[GoogleCodeExporter]

The problem?
project created with version 12
opening with version 14 gives error:
  AttributeError: FilterInfo instance has no attribute 'non_mlt_properties'
and interface hangs keeping loading the project

Operating system: Xubuntu 13.10 (v12) / 14.04 (v14)

Another project with less complicated filtering opens without problems ...

Attachments:
- the project file: Karton PreProd.flb
- the exported melt xml to give you a clue what's in the project: Karton 
PreProd.xml
- 2 log files, one from opening with version 12, other from opening with 
version 14
