We should update the vault-decryptor webapp to support the decryption of vaults that were encrypted with @metamask/browser-passworder with a version >4.1.0.
Moreover, to avoid leaving this tool behind in the future, we should reference it in client repositories that use this tool as a last-resort recovery method.
