debian stretch still has exLTS but uses now kernel 5.10

kernel 4.X is not used anymore in exLTS for stretch that is up to 2026, now kernle 5.10 is used

so provinding a debian image with reiserfs4 is still a target, but as i posted before collaboration takes time.. so people will not include and involved if there is no movement from this repo

1. Document or provide a minimum of steps on how to have the kernel udebs for debian stretch at least in that moment
2. move to a free platform so then more people that are really compromised with this kind of project can collaborate conformable

VenenuX project still provides ready to use stretch and jessie images with security packages for older hardware ..
