This is an issue list for the 64 bit build, where the same functionality works in 32 bit

• When changing directory in the console, it locks you out when trying to change to root directory
• The rendering of the user icon is weird, where it renders correctly in 32 bit

First issue caused by RPC interface being invalid. It checked on equal data lengths when optimizing to use register value instead of checking for below and equal. Causing data to go missing during IPC
