Add Wifi Network Capability

I would tag this as an enhancement.

I know the project have its own unique dock PCBs for each target board, but what if someone (like me) takes the Lichee RV Dock with built-in onboard 2.4G WIFI+BT module, 2.4G Patch antenna and IPEX connector.

It would be nice if we added some wi-fi + bluetooth drivers into buildroot to gain more connectivity (like ssh server through wifi, for example).

The hardware I imagine would not have WIFI/BT but a built in USB hub, in which you could plug in anything you want, including a WIFI dongle.

in Sipeed Lichee RV Dock there is already a network device capable of wifi + bt, but it is not USB, I will try to find out more information about it
