to make keyboard mapping easier for zero delay keyboard controllers or similar with limited keys, i.e. no key:
when mapping this keyboard to joystick an option is needed other than to skip.
Some possibilities may be:
press and hold any button / key for 2 seconds to skip mapping this button
timeout of 5 seconds if no key pressed, mapping is skipped for this button
