*NIX build support

Currently, Seatest has a Visual Studio project to demonstrate usage.
I'd like to put together a patch including:
- autoconf setup & Makefiles
- any changes necessary to compile demo project as ISO C w/o warnings
... basically everything necessary to build Seatest on *NIX as well as Windows.
I can test it on Linux, Cygwin & possibly Mac OS as well (may have to scrounge
time on a Mac in exchange for beer).
Let me know if this is something you would like.

If you want to be, I can add you as a member so you can directly commit. I
just mucked around compiling it on ubuntu, but my makefile skills are pretty
NOOB :-)

Consider yourself lucky you're a makefile n00b ... long-term exposure to
Autoconf causes brain damage :-P
I'd be happy to commit directly if you're happy to add me. Quicker and easier
that way.
