Feature: Custom resolutions

The official Moonlight client has an option to use your display resolution or enter a custom one. I use a 21:9 display at 3860x1600, any way to add a feature for setting something other than 16:9?

I'll try add that soon.

The reason I haven't added it yet, is because the build of Moonlight macOS I use, has a custom resolution picker UI that talks to a helper app (Resolution Sync) I wrote that runs on the host to change the Desktop resolution to the custom one you picked. So when I need to stream at a non-standard resolution I change the to the Resolution Sync tab in the preferences and enter the custom resolution.
I specially make a build without those features for GitHub, since I haven't released Resolution Sync.

But I'll try and add a custom resolution UI for the non Resolution Sync builds.

Also, if you really can't wait, here's a Resolution Sync Build:
Moonlight-macOS-v1.1.0-Resolution-Sync.zip

It'll try and talk to a non-existent Resolution Sync on your PC, but that's harmless. But you'll be able to access the Resolution Sync tab in preferences, and turn on the switches that give you access to the custom resolution picker. Just make sure to leave "Mouse Scroll Method" and "Controller Method" on Nvidia.
