Supported phone numbers for Morocco (MA)

Hi,
Moroccan Telecom operators started to launch phone numbers with (07) indicator for a while, but the library doesn't support it yet.
Can you add it please to MA configs please.

Hi,
This library is just an Android port of Google's libphonenumber. You should report this problem to them or create a PR. When it's fixed in the upstream I'll merge changes to this library.
