Hello
I parse an Kazakhstan phone number like "+7 610 876 56 56" is not correctly. This phone number is not formatted. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan was assigned zone codes 6xx and 7xx (x = 0 to 9)
