Is System.Random.MWC required to use this library?

Is it not possible to get away with using System.Random?

For sure it would generate much less dependencies but I use System.Random.MWC for a better randomness. BTW, I'm not at all an expert in randomness, so I will keep on using it because this library seems to be the best choice.
