New-AzFirewallPolicyNatRuleCollection's -Rule parameter takes in array of Rules, not just a single Rule. Documentat states -Rule (PSAzureFirewallPolicyNetworkRule) which is inaccurate. This should be -Rule (PSAzureFirewallPolicyNetworkRule[]).
