Task: Create a bot for the knowledge base

Description of issue

LODS/CLoudslice is denying the creation of a bot, last exercise of this task. I think the policy breaks due to the needed User Assigned Managed Identity (not allowed)

@unaihuete93 thanks for reporting - it does appear the custom deployment for the bot is disallowed by policy. I'll get try to get this updated.

This should be resolved for the cloudslice labs - handled outside of this repo, so no PR to link here
