Description of issue
While creating the virtual network. Under Security's head there is no option to add AzureBastionSubnet address space nor we can create new Public IP address.

A new public IP is being created in this screenshot. If you select the next tab "IP addresses" you will see an AzureBastion subnet created automatically.

@jileary23 Please update the instructions as per user interface we cannot ask the users to "select the next tab "IP addresses" you will see an AzureBastion subnet created automatically"
