Description of issue:
Encryption failed due the user has no sign permissions on Key (Access Policies)

Repro steps:
Follow lab instructions

Solution:
Key, Secret, & Certificate Management template, from Key Vault Access Policies , do not grant sign permission.
On Excercise 2, Task 1, Step 10, add:

• Key permissions/Cryptographic Operations -> Sign
