Lab instructions/steps are BLANK for Lab 4 (Implement Directory Synchronization)

Description of issue: There are NO instructions (Exercises, Tasks or Steps). When I click Next -> Next after downloading the lab files, I get the message "Congratulations, You have successfully completed the lab. Click End to mark the lab as Complete.
Repro steps:
- See attached screenshot. It tells me lab is complete but "0% Tasks Complete"

@aniok-msft that's a possible issue with Skillable platform. I would reach out to them instead of this repo authors.
